Abstract Art: Curtains Up over Rainbow Background.

Several triangular layers at top corners (bright yellow, gold, and rainbow) open above a repeating stretching rainbow backdrop.

Happy pride month to all who celebrate.

June is a good time (as any) to do something with rainbow colors. They don’t have to be cutesy, either. If I stop and think about the rainbow backdrop here, it doesn’t feel cute at all. It feels like the edge of a book if the pages were colors. Maybe someday an energy-efficient LLM could run sentiment analysis on a book and color the page edges based on mood to make an image like this.

You’d have a couple of dimensions to work with. Something akin to brightness, saturation, and hue being the most likely. So you’d say that saturation maybe is how descriptive the page is, brightness being the overall tone, and hue being some piece of context, like which characters are present.

And perhaps someday an energy-efficient LLM could coordinate with an energy-efficient image processing AI to run the inverse and turn an image of colored lines into pages in a book based on similar criteria.
