		<description>I&#039;m aware that in a piece from the Sunday (20081207) New York Times (and other various sources) claim that this plan includes &#039;Mass Transit.&#039;  His actual speech (ie, the video) makes no such claims, but I do not know where the Times and other sources get that notion from so I cannot address it directly.

But I want to make it clear: on the whole it sounds like the right direction, but I personally feel it&#039;s essential that any such plan include more mass transit.</description>
